Terms of Sale
Last updated: June 10, 2026
The following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Jade Trading LLC and its subsidiary brand Luxe Buyers’ Club, registered in the EU under company registration number 207034263 as well as Sourced by LBC LTD, registered in England & Wales with company number 16093825 (referred to as “We,” “Us,” “Our”) and you, the client (“You” or “Client”), in connection with our luxury sourcing and resale services. By engaging with our website, submitting a sourcing request, or completing a transaction, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time; any orders placed prior to such changes will be governed by the version of the Terms in effect at the time of order confirmation.
1. General
1.1 Our Services & Your Requests
Our service is precision sourcing of high-value luxury items (bags, fine jewellery, timepieces, rare editions) according to your specified preferences (brand, model, material, hardware, condition, etc.).
You provide your wish list and parameters; we leverage our global network, relationships, and market insight to locate, verify, negotiate, and deliver the item.
Our role is access and certainty, not retail browsing. We are not affiliated with the brands we sell, their boutiques or official retail channels, unless expressly stated.
1.2 Placing a Request & Confirmation
To initiate a sourcing process, You may submit a clear specification (e.g., model, size, leather/hardware, condition, budget). We present you with an all‑in quote covering item cost, sourcing fee, authentication, and delivery.
Upon your acceptance and payment of the quote or the agreed deposit, the contract becomes effective and we engage to secure your item. Until payment is received, we are under no obligation to reserve an item or hold availability. Written confirmation to proceed, by message, email, or initiation of payment, constitutes a binding order. The first instalment is treated as the deposit and constitutes a non-refundable portion of the payment. Any sum paid beyond this may be refunded.
1.3 Placing a Request & Confirmation
Our terms differ according to how a piece reaches you, and it is important you understand which applies before confirming.
In-stock inventory — pieces already held or immediately available through our channels.
Sourced-to-order — pieces located, allocated, or commissioned specifically at your request (a particular size, colour, hardware, leather, or reference). Because these are secured to your specification, funds are committed to suppliers and partners immediately on confirmation and are no longer within our control. Sourced-to-order pieces are treated as personalised orders and are therefore not subject to a change-of-mind cancellation right once sourcing has begun.
This distinction does not affect your rights in respect of any item that arrives faulty, materially damaged, or not as described (see Section 2).
1.4 Fees, Payment & Pricing
Our sourcing fee is inclusive of the service model, global network access, authentication process, and secure delivery.
The all‑in quote will be presented in your currency, and payment must be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other authorised methods before sourcing commences.
We accept bank transfers in EUR, USD and GBP with no additional fee. Payment links may be issued via a secure third-party provider. Card payments may carry a transaction fee of 3.5%, payable by the buyer where lawfully permitted and varying by card type and issuing region. Intention to pay by card must be confirmed at the point of order; we reserve the right to withhold dispatch until full payment, including any applicable fee, has cleared.
Please note: confirming an item in writing and paying a deposit constitute a binding agreement between you and the company, if you choose to, at any point, withdraw from the agreement, your deposit will be non-refundable. Deposits secure one specific item only and cannot be transferred. Valid 7 calendar days to settle the balance unless agreed otherwise in writing. Any partial or test payment is automatically treated as a deposit unless agreed otherwise beforehand.
1.5 Deposits, Balances & Cancellations
A deposit is required to reserve any item; no piece is taken off the market without a deposit. The deposit is applied to one specific item only and is non-transferable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Standard deposit is 40% of the purchase price for regular pieces and 50% for exotics, watches and haute joaillerie, deducted from the final balance. The balance is due within 7 calendar days of the deposit unless a different timeframe is agreed in writing prior.
For sourced-to-order items, the deposit and any sum transferred to secure the piece are non-refundable, as costs such as allocation, partner fees, currency exposure, and shipping are triggered immediately on confirmation. This applies even where a client withdraws before shipment.
If the balance is not settled within the agreed period, we reserve the right to release the item and the deposit will not be refunded.
1.6 Authentication & Condition
Every item sourced is subjected to rigorous authentication and condition check through our trusted experts. We commit only to items meeting the parameters You specified. Any flaws, minor wear, missing packaging will be disclosed prior to sale.
Invoice photographs (with personal details redacted), stamp close-ups, and other product imagery are shared once a deposit is received, in line with the authenticity standards we uphold.
Should we fail to accurately communicate the true condition of an item due to a fault or misrepresentation by the owner (in the case of consignment), supplier, or other party, you may withdraw from the sale, and the deposit will be refunded or applied to an equivalent substitute.
You agree to inspect the item on arrival and report any material discrepancy or undisclosed damage within 24 hours from the date stamp of courier delivery proof, by email with clear supporting photographs or video. This reporting window helps us resolve issues quickly and does not limit your statutory rights in respect of faulty goods.
In the event of in-person delivery, the buyer must thoroughly check the item with the associate present in-person. Title is transferred from the seller to the buyer upon successful handover and upon delivery confirmation (+24 hours), any issues or complaints raised after, the day of in-person delivery or following time-stamped POD, respectively, will be deemed unacceptable and will not be considered.
2. Returns, Faulty Goods & Final Sale
We strive to provide the finest luxury items and the standard of service we would expect ourselves. Please read the following carefully.
2.1 Final Sale & Change of Mind
Due to the bespoke nature of sourcing rare luxury goods, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or dislike of an item once payment is confirmed or sourcing has begun as well as following delivery of the item as per the terms outlined in section 1.6.
2.2 Faulty or Not-as-Described Items
Where an item is delivered as faulty, materially damaged, or materially different from the specification in your request, your statutory rights apply in full. In such cases we will offer a refund, replacement, repair, or an alternative sourcing solution as appropriate. Nothing in Section 2.1 removes or limits these rights.
2.3 Authenticity Guarantee
We guarantee the authenticity of all items we sell. Each item is authenticated by our experts, suppliers, and partners and verified additionally through our internal authentication process. Each item's record is kept on file and matches the authenticity card included in your package, where applicable, which carries a unique reference number linked to our client records. Independent verification via Bababebi is available for all bags at client’s expense, and for watches and jewellery via providers such as WatchCSA, IGI, or GIA, on request and at the client's expense. For a digital copy of any record, please email us here.
3. Liability
We act as a sourcing concierge and are not liable for branding, manufacturing defects, or the obligations of the original brand. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping, customs, import regulations, or other events outside our reasonable control. Parcels may be insured at the buyer's expense; loss, damage, or seizure in transit is not claimable unless the parcel is fully insured and declared at full value. Duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the client's responsibility.
Any advisory we provide (market insight or value commentary) is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment or financial advice.
4. Intellectual Property & Brand Names
All brand names, logos, and trademarks referenced are the property of their respective owners. Their use is solely to identify goods and does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by those brands.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Where you contract with us as a consumer resident in the EU, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence that cannot be derogated from by agreement.
By making a purchase with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms of sale for all items. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Thank you for choosing us!
Sincerely,
Luxe Buyers' Club
