Terms of Sale

The following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Jade Trading LLC and its subsidiary brand Luxe Buyers’ Club, registered in the EU under company registration number 207034263 as well as Sourced by LBC LTD, registered in England & Wales with company number 16093825 (referred to as “We,” “Us,” “Our”) and you, the client (“You” or “Client”), in connection with our luxury sourcing and resale services. By engaging with our website, submitting a sourcing request, or completing a transaction, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time; any orders placed prior to such changes will be governed by the version of the Terms in effect at the time of order confirmation.

1. General

1.1 Our Services & Your Requests

Our service is precision sourcing of high-value luxury items (bags, fine jewellery, timepieces, rare editions) according to your specified preferences (brand, model, material, hardware, condition, etc.).

You provide your wish list and parameters; we leverage our global network, relationships, and market insight to locate, verify, negotiate, and deliver the item.

Our role is access and certainty, not retail browsing. We are not affiliated with the brands we sell, their boutiques or official retail channels, unless stated.

1.2 Placing a Request & Confirmation

To initiate a sourcing process, You submit a clear specification (e.g., model, size, leather/hardware, condition, budget). We present you with an all‑in quote covering item cost, sourcing fee, authentication, and delivery.

Upon your acceptance and full payment of the quote or deposit as pre-agreed in writing, the contract becomes effective and we engage on your item in order to secure it for you. Until payment is received, We are not obliged to reserve any item or hold availability. For our detailed process, please read here.

1.3 Fees, Payment & Pricing

Our sourcing fee is inclusive of the service model, global network access, authentication process, and secure delivery.

The all‑in quote will be presented in your currency, and payment must be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other authorised methods before sourcing commences.

Please note: confirming an item in writing and paying a deposit constitute a binding agreement between you and the company, if you choose to, at any point, withdraw from the agreement, your deposit will be non-refundable. Deposits can only be applied to the item being sourced and is non-transferrable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.4 Authentication & Condition

Every item sourced is subjected to rigorous authentication and condition check through our trusted experts. We commit only to items meeting the parameters You specified. Any flaws, minor wear, missing packaging will be disclosed prior to sale. Please note: we are unable to share invoice photos, Hermès bag stamp close-ups and other such markers without a deposit. Should we fail to accurately communicate the real condition of an item due to a fault or misrepresentation by the owner (in the case of consignment), supplier or other party involved, the buyer reserves the right to withdraw from the sale and deposit will be refunded or applied to an equivalent substitute.

You accept responsibility to inspect the item upon arrival and report any material discrepancies within 24 hours. After this period, the item is deemed accepted.

2. Non-Return Policy for Luxury Items:

Thank you for trusting us with your luxury purchases. For us, luxury = excellence and we strive to provide you with the finest luxury items and exceptional customer service, just as we’d expect it ourselves. Please take a moment to read our non-return policy for luxury items, which outlines the terms and conditions regarding returns and exchanges:

2.2 Final Sale: Due to the bespoke nature of sourcing rare luxury goods, we do not accept returns or cancellations once payment is confirmed—unless the item delivered is materially different to the item specified in your request.

Where such discrepancy exists, we will offer a refund option or assist with an alternative sourcing solution.

2.2 No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the exclusive and high-value nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to buyer's remorse, change of mind, or dislike of the item upon receipt.

2.3 Authenticity: We guarantee the authenticity of all luxury items sold on our platform. Each item is meticulously authenticated by our experts, by our suppliers and partners as well as run through our AI software. Each item’s record is kept on file and matches the authenticity card you will find inside your package. Please keep the card safe as it contains a unique reference number linked to our records. 3. Liability

We act as a sourcing concierge and shall not be liable for branding, manufacturing defects, or obligations of the original brand. We shall not be liable for delays caused by shipping, customs, import regulations, or acts outside our reasonable control.

Any advisory we provide (market insights, value commentary) is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice.

4. Intellectual Property & Brand Names

All brand names, logos or trademarks referenced are the property of their respective owners. Use of these marks is aimed solely at identifying the goods and does not imply any affiliation or endorsement by those brands.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales as well as the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU), as is relevant to the registration of the entities stated above. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
